If you don't have a 3D design, with a simple sketch you can express your idea of he product.
We can advise on various aspects, such as the appropriate material or on how to lower the cost of manufacturing the model and production of the parts.
Prototype
Support
With the definitive 3D, we started to build the mold, manufacturing with high quality materials to guarantee its durability.
During manufacturing, the models are subject to periodic inspections of preventive maintenance, thus avoiding the risk of manufacturing failures and ensuring the quality of the parts.
Mold Manufacturing
PROCESS
Once the idea has been defined, we define in 2D and 3D the final design of the project, mold and pieces, where we can outline the last aspects before constructing the mold and even obtain a "prototype sample".
Test and Mold Rectification
Support
Finishing the mold, we inject samples for the client and carry out the appropriate tests to guarantee the properties and measurements of the piece (s), and thus be able to start the production in series.

We have a completely computerized system, to give an exhaustive follow-up to the manufactured products, performing rigorous quality controls.
Printing Products in Series

We have a modern machinery park with 10 injectors, from 25 to 200 tons of closing force, with capacity to manufacture pieces from 0.1 to 350 grams.
All automated with latest generation peripherals, also offering final finishing service, assembly of components, pad printing or screen printing.
